Ordering and payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is taken at checkout. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Product information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to monitor settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products. All products are designed in Melbourne and handmade in Thailand.

Returns and refunds

Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the ACL.
